Our CNC machining cost is calculated as "material cost + machine hour cost + tooling/fixture cost + surface treatment + profit". The higher price is influenced by factors such as equipment precision, full inspection of product quality for each batch, and the use of high-end spindles.

How do you ensure machining quality? What inspection equipment do you have?

We are equipped with measuring instruments such as CMM (coordinate measuring machine), roughness tester, and air gauge. We perform 100% inspection of critical dimensions and can provide full inspection reports.

How are quality issues handled?

If any quality issue arises with our products, we will respond within 24 hours. Once it is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will either remake the products or issue a refund at no cost, and we will also bear the shipping cost for emergency replacement.

What surface treatments and heat treatments can you provide?

We can provide treatments such as anodizing, electroplating, blackening, sandblasting, and vacuum heat treatment, depending on the material properties. These require an additional 3 days. We can also outsource the processes while maintaining unified quality control.
