We accept Irrevocable L/C, Cash, PayPal, Credit Card, and T/T money transfers. Usually, a 30% T/T deposit is required in advance, with the remaining 70% balance settled before shipment. Irrevocable L/C at sight is available for orders valued over USD 10,000.
What is the standard lead time for product orders?
Average lead times for prototype or first articles are 1-2 weeks. If new mold tooling is required, tooling production takes approximately 10 days. The average mass production time following sample approval is 2-3 weeks.
What are your packaging standards and material compliances?
All products are packed in carton boxes and loaded onto pallets. Customized packaging configurations can be structured upon request. We supply rubber compounds certified by UL, FDA, KTW, W270, WRAS, ACS, AS4020, EN681, EN549, RoHS, and REACH.
