Our facility utilizes Swiss-type automatic lathes and multi-axis CNC machining stations. This allows us to achieve tolerances within ±0.005mm, which is vital for component assembly, dial alignments, and case-back threading.

They seek engineering support to tackle design and mechanical problems, such as matching the coefficients of thermal expansion between sapphire crystals and titanium cases, or ensuring the adhesion of PVD coatings on complex watch geometries.
Modern watch brands face supply challenges when matching aftermarket dials and hands with popular movements (such as the Seiko NH35/NH36, Miyota 9015, or Swiss Sellita SW200). Minor deviations in the hands' bushing heights can cause friction against the dial surface or the underside of the crystal, reducing power reserve and timing accuracy. Ciso designs dials and hands with precise tolerances, ensuring easy installation on these movements.
As brands seek ways to differentiate their products, they increasingly use exotic materials. Dials made from natural Muonionalusta meteorite, Damascus steel, and forged carbon require specialized machining techniques. Traditional punching tools can shatter the crystalline structures of meteorite dials, for example. We use precision wire EDM cutting and chemical etching to preserve these natural patterns while keeping the dial's thickness at 0.4mm.
Readability is key for tool and dive watches. We apply Swiss Super-LumiNova (C3, BGW9) using precision silk-screening or CNC-applied deep wells. Our multi-layer pad printing processes ensure the luminous paint remains stable and active for years without flaking or yellowing under UV exposure.
Many brands struggle with sourcing fragmentation, buying dials from one supplier, hands from another, and cases from a third. This often leads to assembly issues due to mismatched tolerances.
