What is the MOQ for each item?

If the items are in stock, there is no limitation for MOQ. Normally, a MOQ of 200 pcs is acceptable.

Do you offer a guarantee for your products?

Yes, we provide a warranty of 30,000 kilometers on our products.

What is the expected delivery time?

Delivery takes 5-7 days for sample orders, and approximately 30 days for batch goods after receiving the deposit.

How do you handle quality control and complaints?

We perform rigorous sample testing on quality before shipment. In case of any issues, we respond to customers within 24 hours. Our QC will retest the stock, and we will make corresponding compensation if a quality problem is verified.
