Q2What's the MOQ for each item?
If we have the items in stock, there is no limitation for MOQ. Normally, a MOQ of 200 pcs is acceptable.
Q3Do you give any guarantee to your products?
Yes, we offer a guarantee of 30 thousand kilometers.
Q4What about the delivery time?
It takes 5-7 days for samples, and approximately 30 days for batch goods after receiving the deposit.
Q5What will you do for quality complaints?
1. We will respond to the customer within 24 hours.
2. Our QC will retest the same stock item. If it is confirmed to be a quality problem, we will make corresponding compensation.
Q6How do you control your products?
1. We have advanced equipment along with professional and technical workers in the factory.
2. The factory conducts sample testing on quality before shipment.
